As has become customary, year after year Cuba holds its international tourism fair, FITCuba, which in its 41st edition presents novelties worthy of being disclosed.
Once again, Caribbean News Digital and the Excelencias Group are also present at the major tourism exchange in the largest Antillean Island, covering every relevant event.
On the first day of the FITCuba 2023 sessions, Juan Carlos Garcia Granda, Cuba's minister of Tourism, held a press conference at the San Carlos de la Cabaña Fortress, the venue of the event.
The minister considered it essential to increase the number of airlines arriving in the country in order to increase the number of visitors, which is why a special segment will be dedicated to them at FitCuba. The is being held in Havana until next Friday, and on this occasion is dedicated to promoting the destination as Heritage and Culture and is the country's most important tourism tradeshow.
