Birmingham golfer, Daanyal Spalding, is being marked as the biggest name in the game since Rory McIlroy MBE and he is now on the verge becoming one of the biggest British Asian golfers in the world.
The 18-year-old, from Hall Green, is making strides to emulate his hero, Tiger Woods, and in doing so, become Britain’s first Asian professional golfer and has got the wheels well and truly in motion by signing with renowned sports agent, Shehneela Ahmed.
Daanyal, who turned professional in 2013, at the age of 15, was touted as a future star in the game ever since the age of 4, when he first took lessons at the Ryder Cup venue, the Belfry Golf Club, in Warwickshire, winning his first tournament, at the age of 6, in 2005.
He made his professional début at the Jamega Professional Golf Tour at the Burnham and Berrow Golf Course.
Shehneela said: "I'm delighted to have signed Daanyal, He could be a future star for sure, he's talented and a unique role model for many youngsters across Britain."
Daanyal’s childhood dream has finally come true by becoming a fully-fledged professional golfer and is poised to share space in the upper echelon of the game, with the likes of his hero, Woods and 3-times Masters winner, McIlroy.
