The Lycamobile British Ethnic Diversity Sports Awards are all about showing how much Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic people have contributed to sport.
Football being the most popular sport in the world needs to take a lead in tackling racism and I hope those who are responsible are found and banned for life.
In the longer term it is about educating fans and clubs to embrace and value diversity. This is exactly what our Inclusive Club model does. "
