Expectations exceeded in Porsche's 75th anniversary celebrations

The city of Cascais, in Portugal, witnessed a unique event to celebrate Porsche's 75th anniversary.

LIQUI MOLY was an essential event partner, making the visitors´ hearts beat faster.

Hundreds of Porsche fans participated in these celebrations, but many thousands also visited the various areas of activity in the Cascais Marina. The LIQUI MOLY Power Stage was one of the most searched points of the event and where the emotion drew more from the motorsport veins of Porsche fans. All thanks to the spectacle given by driver Pedro Salvador at the helm of a fantastic Porsche 911 GT3 Cup racing car.

"It was an intense event and one of the great emotions", begins summarizing Matthias Bleicher, Chief Executive Officer of LIQUI MOLY Iberia. He then adds: "It was impressive to see more than 400 Porsche vehicles, in addition to all the audience that passed through the Marina.

“Many LIQUI MOLY customers also accepted our invitation and visited us in our exceptional space." If it was already challenging to contain emotions on the outside, the possibility of co-driving next to renowned racing driver Pedro Salvador was truly one of the celebration highlights for some lucky people.

These did not hide the joy of an intense and memorable experience. There were more than 200 co-drives with the Portuguese driver at the wheel of the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup, whose fantastic LIQUI MOLY image also alluded to the 75 years of Porsche.

The impact was such that the car was also one of the stars of the brand's Concours d´Elegance. "Seeing two German brands, such as LIQUI MOLY and Porsche, together in an event of this importance is a historic milestone in the development of our brand in Portugal,” spotlights Matthias Bleicher, who takes the opportunity to thank the enthusiastic way that Porsche welcomed LIQUI MOLY, as well as the entire organization of the event and, not least, the LIQUI MOLY team present at the event.

The Portuguese celebration of the 75 Years of Porsche at the Hippodrome and Cascais Marina had a massive impact on LIQUI MOLY, not only for the number of visitors and car enthusiasts but also for the media coverage of a unique event that wrote another page of success in the history of the brand in Portugal.
