The Motorhome and Caravan Show, the UK’s largest Show of its kind, is well under way after its launch with TV’s adventurer, author and journalist Simon Reeve. Welcoming crowds of visitors to the 11 huge halls of the NEC, Simon went on to be interviewed by comedian and Show compere, Rowland Rivron, about his memorable moments from life on the road - both good and bad - in the UK, Europe and most recently, South America. 

Following a three-year absence due to the pandemic, the Motorhome and Caravan Show 2022 drew to a close with a record number of visitors attending across the 6 days!

104,521 visitors attended this year’s Motorhome & Caravan Show at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham between 18 - 23 October. The UK’s largest display of Leisure Vehicles triumphant return was met with a new wave of buyers visiting from across the country who were eager to explore the latest and greatest models for 2023.

Lincolnshire is the police force area in England and Wales with the highest number of speeding offences per capita, according to research from Forbes Advisor, the price comparison and financial guidance website. The study analysed the latest police force data from 2010 to 2020 on speeding offences for each region in England and Wales to establish where the speediest drivers commit their offences.

The Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs is delighted to announce it will display at the Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show with discovery+ the 1929 Rolls-Royce and Eccles caravan presented to Lord Baden-Powell. 

Prior to the Arrowe Park Jamboree, held on The Wirral; Christian Holm, the President of the Danish Boy Scout Association wrote to all the Scout organisations that were to be present at the jamboree and suggested that each Scout should donate a penny or the equivalent in their own currency to enable the movement to purchase a gift for Lord Baden-Powell to celebrate 21 years of Scouting. 

From over 80 entries from private owners, the 20 finalists have been selected for their diversity, history and, in some cases, rarity.
